Do you want to have that healthy, igniting, flawless skin.Then some general tips for good skin that you can follow are eating cucumber, as much as possible, avoiding excess salts, drinking lots of water, avoiding sun exposure for a long time and in case of sun exposure, using a sunscreen cream which will grant you a beautiful skin and a face without dark circles.

To achieve that silky skin that will ignite the passion with your partner, try an exfoliating gel for daily use, apply it on your face every day, massaging gently in a circular motion for 20 or 30 seconds, then rinsing it with warm water.

As for the body, put soap on a sponge and scrub in a circular motion with more intensity on the whole body for a minute. Then rinse well with warm water.

After showering dry your skin with a soft towel and apply moisturizer to your whole body, depending on your skin type you can use a cream for normal skin, dry or oily ,make sure to use it of a good quality..

Fruits contain vitamins the body needs to stay healthy. The application of the fruits or fruit juices to the skin or eating them can relieve skin conditions such as rashes , eczema , dry skin , dandruff and oily skin .


For Dandruff. Make a mixture of half apple juice and half warm water and apply to the scalp to treat dandruff. Let the mixture sit on the scalp for 15 minutes and then rinse. Rub lemon juice on the scalp and let sit for 15 minutes before washing hair. Use of these methods 2 to 3 times weekly until your dandruff is gone.


For Dry skin. Avocado is a great natural moisturizer for the skin and when mashed is just the right consistency that is needed for a mask. Apply the mashed fruit to dry skin as a moisturizer . Add one cup of apple juice, a cup of apple cider vinegar or a few tablespoons of lemon juice to the bath to soften skin. Apples or lemons applied directly to dry areas like knees, elbows and heels.

Use products that are free of fragrances and coloring. These ingredients are known most commonly to cause of skin irritation. Eat a diet full of antioxidants like vitamins A, C and E, along with green tea and soy extracts which help fight sun damage and protect skin from future damage.
